1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Qallam platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Qallam provides AI-powered educational services including test preparation, university admissions guidance, and student profile building tools. The Service is available via the web at qallam.ai.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through SafePay. By making a purchase, you agree to SafePay's terms of service.
• Subscription renewals are billed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. We evaluate each request individually. Contact info@qallam.ai for refund inquiries. Digital content that has been substantially accessed may not be eligible for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Qallam platform — including videos, questions, text, graphics, and AI-generated outputs — is the intellectual property of Qallam or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or sell platform content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or violates applicable laws
• Submit false information or misrepresent your identity

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Qallam uses AI to provide counseling recommendations, essay feedback, and admissions guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be treated as informational guidance, not definitive advice. We do not guarantee admission outcomes based on our AI recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qallam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
